Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance Contracts :
Vari Pontoons undertakes Installation and commissioning of the floating pontoon equipment at the customers’ sites. Installation includes assembling or mounting equipment as per the engineering drawing, while commissioning means to check its operations and bring it into a proper working condition. Annual maintenance contracts that come at a mutually agreeable cost to the customer, include site visits at agreed intervals and equipment checks.
The Scope :
From understanding the application, concept layout, system design, carrying out a geographical survey, budget optimization of system suitable for the concerned site, naval certification, fabrication / manufacturing, procurement of bought out items, inspection and testing at site, installation and commissioning. Management and operation service contracts if the need be. In water handling projects our scope includes Pump selection, mechanical piping and equipment layout engineering, Civil and structural engineering (floating pump house, sump, fore-bay and channel )
