Vari Pontoons proudly introduces the Marine Bollard Series, a robust range of high-performance mooring bollards engineered for ports, jetties, marinas, floating pontoons, terminals, and waterfront infrastructure.
Available in 10 Ton, 15 Ton and 25 Ton capacities, the new series is built from heavy-duty cast steel and finished with a corrosion-resistant coating system, giving vessel operators a dependable mooring point that is engineered to perform under both static and dynamic loading conditions found in demanding marine environments.
The table below outlines core dimensions for the launch capacities. Cast Steel as per IS 1030 Grade 340–570N is used across the range, with Grade 8.8 hot-dip galvanized anchor bolt fixtures.
| Capacity (Ton) | Overall Length (mm) | Base Plate L × W (mm) | Bollard Height (mm) | Horn Throat Span (mm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | 425 | 340 × 185 | 135 | 195 |
| 15 | 510 | 410 × 220 | 165 | 235 |
| 25 | 640 | 520 × 275 | 210 | 295 |
Tolerances: Overall dimensions +3% / −2%; Hole PCD +2% / −1%; Bolt hole +2%. Dimensions may vary slightly during detailed engineering, per standard fabrication practice.
Every bollard in the series is painted to ISO-12944 (Grey) with a 50-micron primer and 300-micron high-build epoxy topcoat, delivering a total dry film thickness of 350 microns for long-term protection in marine conditions. Bollards are supplied with anchor bolt holes sized for M20 fixings, allowing straightforward installation on new or existing floating and fixed structures.
Our team can help you select the right bollard capacity and layout for your marine structure.
